Concord Stars Contracting
Concord Stars Contracting L.L.C. is a construction and infrastructure company based in Dubai with a strong footprint across the GCC. What began as a family-run business has grown into a trusted contractor for roads, bridges, tunnels, water systems, pipelines and commercial developments.
We operate more than 1,100 vehicles and machines, including 970 dedicated to earthworks and asphalt. The same fleet that builds our own projects is available to other contractors to buy or hire, maintained by our own workshop and supported by our transport division.

What is the minimum rental period?
Most machines can be hired by the day, week or month. Cranes and specialist equipment may have a minimum hire period, which we confirm in the quote.
Do you provide operators?
Yes. You can hire a machine on its own (dry hire) or with a licensed, experienced operator (wet hire). Operator hours and overtime are listed in the quote.
Is a deposit required?
New customers usually pay a refundable security deposit or the first period in advance. Approved companies can apply for a credit account.
What documents do I need to rent?
A copy of your trade licence, the authorised signatory's Emirates ID or passport, and a purchase order or signed rental agreement.
Who pays for fuel, delivery and maintenance?
Routine servicing is included in the rental rate. Fuel is supplied by the customer unless agreed otherwise. Delivery and collection by low-bed trailer are quoted separately based on site location.
What happens if a machine breaks down?
Call our breakdown line. A field technician is sent to site, and if the machine cannot be repaired quickly we replace it with an equivalent unit.
Is the equipment insured and certified?
Our machines carry the required insurance, and lifting equipment such as cranes and boom lifts is delivered with a valid third-party inspection (TPI) certificate.
Can I buy a machine I am renting?
Yes. Many machines can be purchased at the end of the hire, and part of the rent paid can be credited toward the price. Ask our sales team for the buy-out terms.
